Digital Explosion design

This was part of a commission project to design character illustrations/art to be used by the trance/ techno/ dance artists 'Digital Explosion' consisting of Jouni (left) Mr. T (right) and Raven (middle). I personally felt this piece was the best, though the group made more use of the natural colours version (*see alternate) without the fancy effects and such. The group wanted their lead singer in front, while the other two bad-ass boys would be behind. Photo Reference was used to gather a likeness to the group... even though they would have been better off telling me they looked more like the cast of Metal Gear Solid! Haha. I regret the character's legs looking a little awkward- my initial drawing only included up from above the thigh.. So the legs were added afterwards and I think perhaps they look a little odd, but I can't quite put my finger on it. Nether the less, the overall look turned out ok.
