The illustration without colour- it looks a lot different and a little odd without shadows. I try to make the pencil art as clean as possible, so after I scan it in and darken the pencil lines it almost looks like black ink- saving me the time of actually having to ink it by hand. The work looks a little dated now though as I can see obvious flaws, but it was just done for fun.
