hey guys i just got this and i'm wondering how do you do the animations? everytime i try to change something on one of them they all change!

Hmmm try to be more clear, perhaps. Do you mean to make gif-animations? I suggest exporting it to ImageReady in that case, it should be included with CS2 by default. And best thing to do is to make a layerset for each frame (rather than editing 1 layer throughout different frames), making the appropriate one visible on the corresponding frame, if I remember correctly.

it said that you could do it from photoshop but it doesn't seem to work
