i did an little ink test on some doodle of a character.i used a 0.1 Copic mutiliner (i draw small).so critique and tell me what you think

cute looking robot thingy character, but it doesn't look like it's fully inked.

This is not an Ink test. This is a drawing with pen on top. If you really want to get better with your use of ink- then get some BIG markers or (shock horror) some ink and a brush, then make a mess. And I mean a BIG mess. Always over-work it, and always go that extra step too far. If you're too conservative with a tiny little pen you won't actually be learning anything about ink- or rather how you want to use it in the future. Remember that when you're doing a study to further your artistic ability- the LEAST important thing about it is the final outcome. the MOST important aspect is what you learn in the process of doing it.
