ok this'll probibly be the last topic on the forums but i would like to say that meeting u guys was awsome i loved getting crits from ppl i could trust(nomatter how much i hinted otherwise)
i've seen ppl come and go but certainly not as much as tri. so.... goodbye

Mmm well it's kinda sad that the board is closeing, Bomu should give us a for sure date on the closeing, thus we can have like a one last party on the OM board.

If this site has done anything for me in the close to 3 years i've been on, it's been to learn to grow and take things as they are, u change a person's view but not their opinion no matter how hard u try, even tho i still forget from time to time. I never really thought i'd stay on this form for as long as i did, but since i did am kinda proud i stuck with it. No regrets for sure. I've made some good friends and some people that really piss me off. but i hope i treated all with the same respect as possable. Will i go to another form, most likely not. OM was really the small board i wanted to join and that's it.

Well if this is the near end to OM I'd like you all to remember this little tib bit, that bomu told me when i first joined " Practice ur lines, then practice some more, and then when ur hand hurts.. a little more"

Howdy. The site's Domain/hosting expires at the begining of November. I'll be looking to switch severs between now and then. I'm just waiting on my buddy Rik to give me a hand with some of the back-end parts of OM. I wanna be sure he can assist during the move in case OM needs updating to keep it working correctly after the switch. Sorry I can't give an exact date.

Kudos to everyone that's signed up so far I appreciate the amount of member that have wanted to be a part of this community. Perhaps we'll see each other again, online or otherwise?.. I'm sure I'll see Tri if I ever stop by at the Fredart forums (I assume you still post there?)..

Well I had joined their group for a good like 6 months .. then i slumped out, then i logged in agian several months later. and i quite agian. There web board is hard to get into the swing of things.

Hehehe, yeah can't believe it's been 4 years for me, going on 5. I didn't think I'd be this long in this place, either, and definately not staying a mod for that long (I can only hope I did a moderately acceptable job

). Tho I have to say I'm a bit indifferent towards the closing, I've been on a lot of forums, seeing them close, and I've learned not to take them too serious or personal. Besides, I would've understood bomu if he decided to close it even without a change of servers. Running a forum is tedious, especially if you don't have much time to start with.
Maybe we'll meet again on a possible reopening, but we still have some time to enjoy the good times here and now, innit?

hey tri it's possible to meet you in person one day you only live in canada.

look at what the regulars have been reduced to...
it's not over yet but i want to know more about the switching of servers bomu.

Nice one! Glad you didn't have any problems getting employment after graduating. It can be tough for a lot of people to land their first 'proper' job.

Forum news update: The board will probably remain open until next year. Also too busy with work to do anything with Organic Metal at the moment.
