Commission me!

commission meI get a lot of requests for commissioned and freelance work, so here's some info on how to commission me.
Cost depends on exactly what you want, how long it'll take me to complete and what it'll be used for... although I'd be more than happy if you want to make an offer to start with! I've been producing work for clients for the past few years. I tend to work as a digital artist producing characters for games, books and advertising and have also produced company logos, several web sites and have experience in areas such as photo retouching, audio, animation and other creative digital tasks.

Things you might like to commission me for:

Comic book page colouring
Other digital colouring of your work
Pencil portrait drawing
Comic book fan art
Manga fan art
Logo design
Web page design
Graphic design
Original character design

When sending me a brief, make sure it's as detailed as possible, and should include the following information:

  • For comic book colouring work:
  • How many pages do you want coloured?
  • Is there a deadline?
  • What format and image size do you want the images returned to you as? I can't work with small or bad quality scans - I need around 4000 pixels wide, in Tiff, JPG, BMP or PSD format.
  • Will I be colouring full inked line work or pencil work?
  • Sending me low resolution samples before hand is a good idea.
  • What style of colouring do you prefer - air brush or anime style solid flats?

Price: I generally charge around $*** (£**) per page including laying the flats, but it varies a lot depending on the job description. Please let me know if you have a certain budget or if you'd like a quote.
